Return Policy

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • Please email mail@neococo.com to get authorization for your return.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of NEOCOCO.
  • Please provide us with a tracking number when sending back an item. 
  • Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method.
  • International shipping via USPS First Class Package International, which generally arrives in 7 to 21 business days. Duties, VAT and other import taxes associated with international shipping are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.  Once the order is processed (please allow 1-2 business days), you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
  • Please note for international customers, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns which can be done by a carrier of your choice.
  • We accept international returns and exchanges postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn and unwashed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. To initiate a return or exchange, email mail@neococo.com and include your order number and reason for return. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
    All orders are processed and packaged in our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process. For domestic orders within the United States, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order depending on your location and shipping method. For international orders, please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks to receive your order, depending on your country. 

    WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
    We ship all domestic and international shipments via Fedex. All orders are fully trackable within the United States. Orders shipped internationally via USPS may not be trackable once they leave the U.S. We do not offer free returns on International orders at this time, hopefully in the future!
